Nutrien Untuk Payudara Anda



1. Makan sedikit lemak haiwan. Makan ikan yang berminyak dan tukar kepada minyak zaitun extra virgin bukan lagi minyak goreng standard.

2. Top up diet anda dengan suplemen antioksidan, termasuk vitamin C, E, beta-karoten mineral selenium. Juga makan banyak buah-buahan segar yang kayaantioksidan dan sayur-sayuran, khususnya bawang merah, bawang putih, lobak merah,tomato, brokoli, kubis dan kubis bunga.

3. Makan lebih banyak serat, terutama gandum, rye, millet, beras merah dan kacang-kacangan. Serat membantu untuk menggerakkan makanan melalui usus dan boleh mengurangkan penyerapan semula estrogen.

4. Hadkan alkohol - boleh menyebabkan peningkatan kadar estrogen.

5. Menghadkan pengambilan pada kopi, cola, coklat dan teh pekat.

6. Tingkatkan pengambilan protein anda. Protein diperlukan untuk membina dan menjaga nada otot dan pejal. Protein juga menyediakan Kolagen sangat diperlukan. Di syorkan tiga hingga empat kali sehari pengambilan makanan yang mengandungi protein.

Hal lain yang penting untuk mengelakkan 'melorot' atau payudara 'kendur' memakai bra menyokong yang elok, terutama semasa kehamilan dan sukan.
