Merawat Payudara


-Siapa yang tidak mahu kalau payudaranya kelihatan kencang dan segar lagi walaupun sudah berkahwin . Merawat payudara bagi kaum hawa sangatlah penting dan pemeliharaannya haruslah berhati-hati . Kulit penutup payudara lebih lembut dan lebih tipis berbanding kulit di bahagian tubuh lain . Lebih-lebih lagi, kawasan di sekitar uting susu (aerola) kulitnya lebih lembut dan peka .
-Jika tidak terlalu kotor hindari pemakaian sabun di kawasan tersebut , kerana beberapa jenis sabun boleh mengeringkan kulit di sekitar payudara . Gunakan pelembap ringan atau minyak sweet almond , dua hari sekali jika puting susu dan aerola kering dan pecah-pecah .
-Payudara tidak hanya terdiri dari otot-otot dan sangat bergantung pada otot-otot penyangga yang terdapat di bawahnya, namun manfaat senaman payudara juga dapat menjaga otot dada (pektoral) agar tetap kencang sebagai panyangga udara serta mencegah payudara "turun" sebelum waktunya.
-Senaman aerobik seperti berjalan , jogging atau mengayuh basikal boleh membantu kita untuk mendapatkan "postur" tubuh yang baik . Senaman seperti mendayung, berenang, latihan aerobik yng menggunakan alat-alat pemberat tangan dan beberapa gerakan yoga juga dapat mengencangkan payudara.
