Penjagaan Payudara Bermula dari Remaja






-Semua orang seharusnya mempunyai kesedaran terhadap payudara sendiri. Dalam erti kata lain , anda perlu tahu jika ada sebarang perubahan , adakah ianya ketulan / benjolan , kulit yang menebal / kental , kulit berlipat / berkedut atau puting yang termasuk ke dalam yang tidak pernah berlaku sebelum ini. Setengah orang memang mempunyai puting yang tenggelam tetapi ini merupakan keadaan semulajadi untuk orang tersebut.

-Begitu juga jika terdapat perubahan saiz pada satu atau kedua-dua payudara ataupun terdapat kelainan apabila ianya digerakkan . Oleh itu , amat penting , setiap oran terutamanya kaum wanita harus mengenali ciri-ciri payudara sendiri .Ciri-ciri puting dan lain-lain .Tanpa mengenali payudara anda bagaimana boleh mengecam perubahan dalam payudara anda? Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui payudara anda adalah pemeriksaan sendiri payudara (PSP).
