Penyakit Payudara Yang Tidak Merbahaya






-Ia dikenali dengan ketulan ataupun ketulan berisi cecair (cyst) ataupun sista . Ia boleh terjadi di satu bahagian payudara atau melibatkan keseluruhan payudara . Ia boleh menimbul sebagai satu atau banyak ketulan berisi cecair. Ketulan ini mungkin terasa sakit atau hanya terasa sakit apabila disentuh . Ia juga mungkin hilang terus untuk seketika dan timbul semula kemudiannya .

-Perubahan hormon akan menyebabkan kelainan payudara berubah-ubah , terutama perubahan yang berkaitan dengan kitaran haid . Kelainan ini boleh terjadi di semua peringkat umur selepas kehadiran haid tetapi ia lebih kerap di antara umur 30 tahun dan umur tamat datang haid (menopause).

-Kelainan ini akan menjadi lebih teruk dengan meningkatnya umur, di mana pengeluaran hormon dari ovari telah mencapai tahap maksima untuk beberapa tahun. Ia akan berkurangan selepas putus haid dan kebanyakan kelainan payudara akan hilang dalam masa 1 atau 2 tahun kecuali jika wanita tersebut mendapat  rawatan estrogen tambahan .Sesetengah wanita akan mengidap ketulan berisi cecair sehingga tua , walau apapun rawatan diberikan.
