Latihan Membentuk Payudara





1.Beri Tekanan
-Menerapkan tekanan adalah latihan sederhana untuk payudara anda.Berdiri tegak menghadap dinding, bersandar dengan tangan anda.Tekan dinding sekeras yang anda bisa , jika anda ingin memindahkannya , terus mendorong selama 10 detik.

2.Sentuhan
-Berdiri tegak. tekuk tangan anda sedikit di siku , tangan anda tetap berada di pinggul .Cobalah untuk menyentuh siku satu ke yang lain di belakang anda ,jangan melakukannya cepat melainkan perlahan , perengangan otot-otot selama 10-15 detik. Ulangi delapan kali.

3.Menekan
-Gabungkan telapak tapak di depan dada dan menekan kedua tangan dengan keras terhadap satu sama lain selama 3-5 detik .Ulangi 8-10 kali.

4.Latihan Kering
-Jika anda tidak bisa pergi ke kolam renang , lakukan berdiri tegak, bersandar ke dinding, meremas otot-otot dada dan membuat gerakan seperti jika anda melakukan latihan yang menargetkan postur tubuh anda.
Bawalah buku tebal, menaruh di atas kepala anda dan berjalan seperti itu, setidaknya mencuba berdiri dengan buku di kepala anda. Anda dapat berpegang pada kursi atau dinding tetapi tidak bersandar di dinding.
